The noise from the highway was unbearable. Semi-trucks speeding all night made it impossible to sleep. The old king-sized bed setup was uncomfortable, as the mattress sat too low to the ground. I was also frustrated with how hard it was to load and unload my luggage due to the inconvenient layout of the hotel.

The helpful and professional staff was much appreciated. The hotel location was comfy close to town center. Also, it was 5 min drive from First Baptist Church.

Liked climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave in the room. The breakfast had a great selection of food, including great hot chocolate and coffee. The personnel was amicable and helpful. Hotel's location was marvellous, on outlet.

The water taps were nearly impossible to operate, and the noise from the highway was beyond ridiculous. I expected a room upgrade to compensate for my troubles, but it seems basic comfort is too much to ask. I woudl ve been happier elsewhere.

One downside was the noise from the nearby highway. It was a bit loud at first, but closing the door and running the AC helped a lot. Just a heads up for light sleepers!

I was really surprised by how clean and neat my Queen Room was. The staff made everything breezy with their cute vibe, and every interaction left me smiling. They even had a decent breakfast spread that paired perfectly with the busy downtown life!
